Which specs give the best experience?
If you want to buy a computer that runs DJ.Studio perfectly:
Windows: an Intel i7 (or equivalent) newer than 2021, 16 GB of memory or more, and an SSD.
Mac: an Apple Silicon M-series Pro chip and 16 GB of memory or more.
Stem separation and graphics cards
On Windows, an NVIDIA GPU with CUDA support does stem separation much faster than the processor, between 3x and 160x speed, depending on the card. Without one, DJ.Studio uses the processor and stems run at about 0.5x to 2x speed. For example, an NVIDIA RTX 3050 (mobile) was tested at about 25x.
