You may want to add a jingle to your mix at the start. But you might be trying to do this via the sample lanes. However, because sample lanes can only be over the top of a track, this might not work for you.
If you want to have your jingle play on its own, at the start of a mix (not over the top of the first song), use this trick:
Instead of importing your jingle as a sample, import it as a song into the music
library, then add it to the playlist, moving it to be the first "song".
Then you can create a transition into the first track.
This should do the job!
