Q: Why do I see a purchase screen when I already have a license?

A:
- Your license is linked to the account you activated it at, so make sure to sign in with the same account (the same social provider and email address).

- You purchased a license through the website (https://dj.studio/pricing) and haven't activated your license to your account yet. Search your mail account inbox for "Your DJ.Studio activation code"

Q: You charged me, but I didn't receive an activation code / my license isn't active.

A: Your purchase wasn't completed; only a reservation was made on your card. To check if it was completed, search your mail account inbox for "Your DJ.Studio invoice" a reservation will revert in 1 ~ 2 hours and be gone from your account. You need to try again to complete the purchase.

Q: I didn't receive an invoice?

A: We sent the invoice to the email address you used to purchase the DJ.Studio with.

Look in your spam folder if it ended up there.
