Beatport and Beatsource previews allow you to experiment with track snippets before purchasing. You can buy the tracks you used when ready to export.
For mixing with full tracks, consider signing up for Beatsource or Beatport Streaming for access to a vast music catalog.
How it works
Open the Beatsource tab in DJ.Studio and browse tracks.
Add any track to your mix, the 2-minute preview provided by Beatsource will be added to your mix.
Edit and experiment as usual:
Use stems
Add transitions and automations
Rearrange and loop
When you decide to use the track in your final mix:
Click the Preview button in the track header, or
Go to Export > Legalize Mix.
DJ.Studio automatically fills your Beatsource shopping cart with the selected tracks.
Buy and download the tracks, then add them during the legalize flow.
Things to know
No subscription needed, you can try previews for free.
Previews are 2 minutes long, Beatsource decides which part of the track is available.
Track prices are loaded from the Beatsource Store (usually $1.29–$2.50 per track).
Once purchased and legalized, the preview is automatically replaced with the full track in your mix.
