Locating Integration Folders

If DJ.Studio can't find your 3rd party software folder - check this guide!

In some cases, DJ.Studio may not be able to automatically locate the data library associated with its developed integrations. This can occur for various reasons.

You have the option to specify the location from which DJ.Studio should look for files using the 'Manual Select Folder' feature.

For each integration, this involves choosing a different path.

However, it's important to note that you should select the folder containing the data file, rather than the specific file itself.

Find Rekordbox Library Folder

Note - DJ.Studio only supports integration with rekordbox 6.0 and above.

[Mac]

The goal is to specify the folder where, among other files, the 'master.db' from rekordbox is located.

[Windows]

The goal is to specify the folder where, among other files, the 'master.db' from rekordbox is located.


Find Traktor Pro Library Folder

[Mac]

The goal is to specify the folder where, among other files, the 'collection.nml' from Traktor Pro is located.

[Windows]

The goal is to specify the folder where, among other files, the ‘collection.nml’ from Traktor Pro is located.


Find Mixed in Key Library Folder

[Mac]

The goal is to specify the folder where, among other files, the 'Collection20.mikdb' from Mixed in Key is located.

[Windows]

The goal is to specify the folder where, among other files, the MIKStore.db' from Mixed in Key is located.


Find Serato Library Folder

[Mac]

The objective is to designate the folder where all the information from Serato is stored. The folder is always named '_Serato_' and is typically located in the 'Music' folder of your system or at the root of your (external) hard drive.

[Windows]

The objective is to designate the folder where all the information from Serato is stored. The folder is always named '_Serato_' and is typically located in the 'Music' folder of your system or at the root of your (external) hard drive.


Find VirtualDJ Library Folder

[Mac]

The goal is to select the folder that contains the ‘database.xml’ file of VirtualDJ

[Windows]

The goal is to select the folder that contains the ‘database.xml’ file of the VirtualDJ.


Find EngineDJ Library Folder

[Mac]

The goal is to specify the folder that contains the ‘m.db’ file of EngineDJ.

[Windows]

The goal is to specify the folder that contains the ‘m.db’ file of EngineDJ.
