Q I updated my PC and lost the activation code for DJ.Studio - where can I find it?
To retrieve your DJ.Studio activation code, follow these steps:
Open DJ.Studio App:
Launch the DJ.Studio application on your device.
Login or Enter License Code:
On the startup screen, you will see two options:
Login button
"I have a license code" button
Login Using Previous Email:
Click the Login button.
Log in using the same email address you used when you first purchased DJ.Studio.
Check Your Purchase Email:
When you bought DJ.Studio, you received an email with the subject line "Payment received".
Ensure you are logging in with the email address that received this email.
By following these steps, you should be able to reactivate your DJ.Studio app without needing to resend the activation code.

How do I transfer my DJ.Studio activation to a new laptop?
Follow these steps to transfer your activation:
On your old laptop, go to Settings > Account and check how you're logged in (Google, Facebook, Apple, or Microsoft) and with which email.
On your new laptop, log in with the same details.
Note: The database isn't shared between machines. To move a mix, backup your mix on the old laptop and import it on the new one.
