You can import the tracks of an M3U or M3U8 playlist file into DJ.Studio, from the Home tab of the Library. An M3U file is a simple playlist that many DJ programs and music players can make. It contains the order of the tracks, and where each track is on your computer.

How do I import an M3U or M3U8 playlist?
Create a new mix, or open a mix.
Open the Library and go to the Home tab.
Click Import M3U(8) file.
Select the file on your computer.
DJ.Studio imports the tracks of the playlist.
Some tracks of my playlist are missing or red
An M3U file only holds the path of each track. If a file was moved, renamed or is on another computer or drive, DJ.Studio can't find it. Put the files back at the path in the playlist, or locate them again. See Track not found or missing in DJ.Studio.
What if I have a finished mix, and not a playlist?
DJ.Studio can't import a whole mix as one file and split it into tracks. See Importing a full mix into DJ.Studio.
