"The file could not be read. It may be corrupt or not licensed"
You may see this message when you play an MP3 that you exported from DJ.Studio on Windows.
Why it happens: some Windows editions, Windows N and KN, don't include Windows Media Player and the codecs that go with it. Without them, Windows can't play the MP3.
How to fix it: install the Media Feature Pack for your version of Windows. Microsoft explains how in Media Feature Pack for Windows N.
Not sure you have a Windows N or KN edition? Open Settings > System > About and look at the Edition line. If it ends with "N" or "KN", this applies to you.

My message isn't listed. What should I do?
Restart DJ.Studio and try again.
If you see the message again, send us your log file: Help > Send log file.
